we are excited to share the achievements of our team over the first four months of 2024. This year, we have focused on developing major projects and updates. Let’s dive into the details.
Development
In 2024, we expanded our crypto acquiring capabilities. Users can now issue invoices not only in USDT or rubles but in any cryptocurrency available on the platform. This gives our users more flexibility and opportunities to benefit from Bitbanker’s “Crypto Payment Processing” service.
In February, we launched a mobile web application to simplify our clients’ interactions with the service. The web application also allows us to send push notifications, encouraging users to engage more frequently with our platform.
The application is currently available for download on Android devices using the Chrome browser. To download the app, log in to your Bitbanker account and select “Install app” from the menu.
We have designed a user-friendly interface for mobile devices. The updated interface will be available to all users this summer.
This was a heavy one, but we’ve finally completed the development of automatic verification (KYC) and moved to the testing phase. This solution will enable users to complete KYC quickly, without waiting for operator checks.
Marketing
In the first four months of 2024, the Bitbanker website was visited 445,000 times, with unique users exceeding 55,000. Compared to the same period last year, these metrics increased by 9.6% and 77.6%, respectively.
During this period, 4,210 users registered with Bitbanker, averaging one thousand users per month. This represents a 22% increase compared to the first four months of 2023.
One-third of all visits are organic traffic, thanks to the growth of Bitbanker’s internal and external blogs and our two dozen landing pages. We rank in the top 10 and top 30 for approximately 6,500 key queries on Yandex.
In four months, we published 54 Russian-language articles across various platforms, garnering 544,000 views and over a thousand registrations. Our YouTube videos received 20,000 more views than in the previous period.
We are enhancing our media presence in renowned publications. Bitbanker experts regularly feature on Kommersant.FM radio.
We are making inroads into English-language publications and appearing on their front pages.
Business
We established a sales department focused on attracting clients for SWIFT Transfers, Crypto Payment Processing, and Investing services, already showing significant results.
Thanks to the efforts of the new team, investments in Bitbanker products have exceeded $500,000.
In collaboration with our partners from the Dubai office, we’ve listed a new trading asset – gold. Users can now top up their balance with gold in the Dubai office.
We are in the final stages of developing our white-label solution and plan to complete it within a month.
We thoroughly developed the white-label operation logic, including interactions between different white labels and between white labels and their clients. We created an admin panel for white-label clients to manage their services.
Clients will be able to customize their white label: set the color theme, choose services, and list available currencies for transactions.
We have already signed white label agreements with Royal Pure Gold and globalpo.ru. Three more contracts are in the pipeline.
We continue to work on launching Bitbanker virtual banking cards. We are negotiating terms with a potential partner and developing prototypes for the cards and their dedicated section within the service.
